Dann H. Small brings nearly 30 years of banking experience to Equicor. His skills in loan negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and closings are vital to the company’s success as his commercial lenders strongly rely on Dann’s quality reputation in the industry and his attention to detail in the lending process.

As an Equicor Partner, Dann manages office, industrial, shopping centers and land development projects, typically ranging between $4-30 million. Specifically, he taps his vast experience in the areas of cost control, value engineering, scheduling and quality management.

Dann previously served as Executive Vice President and District Manager for Bank One’s Bloomington-Richmond districts, where he guided 15 branch offices. In this role Dann developed plans to ensure profitability and growth of the bank for shareholders. He also served as President and Director of Bank One’s Elkhart district, managing all bank operations including loan administration, business development, customer relations and human resource management.

Dann’s entrepreneurial experience includes starting up Heritage Financial Services, an Oklahoma-based privately owned company. As Heritage’s Vice President and Director, he handled mergers and acquisitions as well as customer development.

Dann is a graduate of Mid-America University. He also attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
