Small earned his well-deserved role as CEO and Managing Partner of Equicor through a career of entrepreneurial success and expertise in locating and acquiring the area’s most desirable locations for development. In his career, his developments have exceeded $100 million in market value.

Greg brings his deep knowledge of development and strong financial background to oversee the primary land and property acquisition for Equicor. Under his leadership, Equicor has reached a market value approaching $150 million. It owns 6 major mixed-use and commercial office properties on the desirable north side of Indianapolis and upscale Carmel.

Greg cultivated his financial expertise in 10 years of service in the banking industry, an experience instrumental in honing skills desirable in forging strong relationships with high net worth individuals. His deep financial experience ensures that Equicor projects are consistently completed at or under budget and are worthwhile to the investor community.

In his career, Greg has developed or owned more than 20 successful commercial office buildings, residential developments and retail shopping centers. It is this solid track record and the knowledge that comes from accomplishment that has allowed Greg to lead Equicor to today’s zenith of success.

A native Hoosier, Greg grew up in Nashville, Ind. and moved to Bloomington. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Ill. and completed training at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
