One project receiving such accolades is 116th Street Center, located at 116th Street and Guilford in Carmel, Ind. Following completion of construction last year, it was among a select number of projects nominated for the “Carmel Look Award” created by the Carmel Chamber of Commerce. “The buildings look good with high quality materials, big windows and little details. It’s a solid project and a great addition to the City of Carmel,” according to Mike Hollibaugh, director of the City of Carmel’s Department of Community Services and member of the Chamber’s Civic Pride Committee which oversees the awards.

The construction division of Equicor is overseen by Randy Watson, senior vice president of construction. With more than 30 years experience in construction management, Randy is dedicated to making each project cost effective and deadline focused.
