With a commercial and mixed-use portfolio nearing $150 million, Equicor has gained the invaluable experience of numerous successful projects to guide us into profitable developments into the future.
A five-year business plan to expand our real estate investment portfolio to $250 million includes providing investment opportunities of $20 to 30 million during the course of the next 60 months. This plan has been embraced by several national banks in our markets.
