His early success as President of Epic Properties, Inc. built the foundation for the business Equicor is today with commercial, industrial, and mixed-use acquisitions and developments valued at over $1 billion. Greg continues to lead Equicor by investing in real estate and strategic opportunities.

A licensed Civil Engineer and Real Estate Broker, Chris left Davis Homes as the President of Development to spearhead his own company, Site Solutions, LLC. There, he cultivated a team of experts in residential and commercial real estate to provide acquisition, zoning, and development services. Chris has since matured over 1,600 acres of large, master planned unit developments, apartments, industrial parks, and residential communities.

A licensed architect, Dustin has managed the construction and development of over $2 billion in hotels. With his experience leading projects for national brands, such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Starwood, Dustin brings value and expertise to all aspects of design and construction. This includes oversight of due diligence, entitlements, brand implementation, LEED implementation, transition from construction to operations, and all aspects of the schedule, budget, and QA/QC.

Representing three generations of Dora Hospitality third-party hotel management, Vince has overseen operations, development opportunities, and management accounts since 2007. Having worked at several large resorts, including the Sheraton Princeville, Doubletree Waikiki, and the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Vince brings strategic insight to development initiatives. He has led the development, construction, opening, and operations of 10 new hotels and has added 4 existing hotels to the company's portfolio.
